1️⃣ Identify a struggle or problem faced by your dream client
What is a reoccurring question or struggle you get as an expert? What are people asking you in your DMs or what are people posting about in relevant Facebook Groups? Are there any topics that come up again and again during discovery calls?
2️⃣ Write our the steps you’d take to help a client through that problem
Do you have a sequence of steps or a framework? Is this more service or coaching-based? Consider reviewing past client projects you’ve worked on and testimonials from happy clients.
3️⃣ Identify the transformation you will help your clients achieve
What can your clients look forward to after working with you or buying your offer? You can study other similar offers in the industry, your testimonials and past client work again, and review why you started your work in the first place.
4️⃣ Package your system or formula into a course, program, product or service
